We enjoyed its great value and gorgeous breakfasts!

The hotel property was wonderful with marvellous and brilliant location next to good restaurants in Tulum, many good restaurants, bars, and the beach of course. The room was stylish and huge, we had a fridge and glassware. It was overlooking garden the view was awesome! The experience was fairly nice, will be back.

The pool area provides a great spot to relax.

The hot water barely functioned, with only brief moments of warmth available for showers. The decor felt depressing and outdated. The location was far from appealing, requiring a long and unpleasant walk to reach any decent attractions.

Incredibly beautiful and gorgeous accommodation with amazing setting very close to the touristy areas, shops and restaurants in the town center, and the beach, ruins and cenotes. Great value and lovely breakfast to start the day with delicious freshly pressed juices and the best coffee, for example.

Surprised in the best way!

We were welcomed with smiles and fresh drinks. The staff were really good, especially Diana and Valeria, who provided great local tips. The lush garden and tranquil pool were perfect for relaxation and the onsite sushi restaurant was an unexpected delight. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The room was amazing-huge, clean, and had a super comfy bed. The swimming pool and garden were great. Big shoutout to the staff for their excellent service. They were always ready to help!

Comfortable bed, spacious kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator was good, and the staff were friendly, providing helpful local tips while the outdoor pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was conveniently close to the bus station.

What an amazing stay! The room was huge with a great jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding. Delicious breakfasts made mornings special. However, the bed was a bit soft for my liking. Would definitely return!

The staff provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any inquiries. The pool area was a perfect retreat after a long day, with a relaxing ambiance. I also enjoyed the view of the garden from my room.
